Xmentor's values are based on three foundational elements. These foundational elements represent our core values, and permeate everything we do and how we conduct ourselves in relation to the world around us - to our customers, partners and society at large. Our core values are Entrepreneurship, Cooperation paired with honesty and respectfulness in our relations with other people.
We have developed a number of consulting principles that we follow. We believe in doing our part to make the world a better place. As part of this effort, in 2008 we initiated and implemented a developmental assistance project to the village of Amitirigala in Sri Lanka. In 2010, we also supported a Sri Lankan entrepreneur so that he could run his taxi business.
