Carl-Magnus has sound leadership experience with the emphasis on commercial assignments within technically oriented businesses. He has held positions as Project and Procurement Director, Head of Product Support, Head of Project and Contract management, Project Manager, Technical officer in the Swedish Navy and Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV).

Following his commission in the Navy he has served in a number of companies where the major customer base has been overseas, placing him in good stead for working in different cultures.

In addition he has wealthy experience in strategy and methodology for maintenance analysis (Integrated Logistics Support) of technical products and systems.

The companies in which he has been employed have operated in extremely competitive markets and consequently a major proportion of his assignments have focused on optimization of processes and routines.

His extensive experience from the private sector and government authorities makes him particularly suitable for assignments as change management leader, project manager in addition to assignments with a focus on system and product support.
