Jörgen Bertals

Jörgen is an M.Sc. graduate specialised in project management and management of organisational change. He is also available as a manager for hire. Jörgen has successfully managed a number of technically challenging projects within both large and medium-sized organisations in both the private and public sectors, often in an international environment. Assignments which he especially finds the most stimulating are those involving a reasonable degree of development effort based on customer requirements and standards within the energy, rail, aviation and mobile telephony sectors

In parallel with project assignments Jörgen has had the roles of group manager and development manager, enhancing his self-assurance capabilities in leadership.

Based on experience in such areas as development responsibility relating to aviation standards Jörgen is well versed in improvement effort concerning both processes and quality assurance systems. If asked to name five different personal qualities contributing to his success in work he would respond with the following:
