Dan has worked as a manager and leader for 25 years, with the majority of this time as an officer within the Swedish Armed Forces where he has, among other responsibilities, been involved in production, logistics and management issues at company management and corporate level.

During recent years he has been involved in the heavy manufacturing industry with a strong focus on production efficiency based on the Lean methodology.

Dan holds the firm belief that the majority of companies and organisations can radically increase their returns through investments in development of their human resource assets.

Dan's experience makes him particularly suitable for assignments which demand extensive leadership experience, among others business operations development and advanced project management.
