Xmentor Ltd provides the market with corporate managers for complex reform work. Our role in the reform process can be that of project manager, coach, mentor, or business developer. We can also fill in as managers for a limited period of time to bridge gaps in our clients' organizations. We complete assignments within the corporate world and within non-profit organizations regardless of the type of business or business activities. A common denominator for our assignments and our consultants is our management role, our knowledge of and our experience from management.

 

The third management dimension
"As society and the business world develop in the direction of new and rapid reforms, a new management dimension has appeared - the reform manager. Original research regarding management styles had a stable existence as its starting point. That is not the case any longer. Reforms occur more often and have to be carried out faster primarily due to technical development and international competition. During the stable existence it was sufficient to have managers who could lead and organize the operations and in addition be able to understand people so that management would be good. Today this is not enough. What is demanded in addition to this is that managers can cope with a constant flow of reforms. This affects line managers primarily who are used to longer time perspectives and this often leads to the reforms being handled as projects instead."
