Consultant in operational development, change management, coaching and interim management![]() Gull-Britt have the degrees IHM Business and Marketing Development DIHM, Master of Science in Business and Economic and Master of Business Administration (MBA). She has a wide range of experience in a number of different sectors, and has held executive positions ranging from CEO and Marketing Director to Division Manager and Group Manager. She also serves on a number of Boards. One of her greatest driving forces is the unshakable belief that a large portion of a company's future success will reflect how well that company has chosen to invest in and offer skills development training to their employees, i.e. their human capital. Business development, conceptualizing, focus and results are other important terms for her. Gull-Britt is a team player with an aptitude for creating trusting relationships. She has excellent analytical skills, can easily visualize goals, and has an inspirational and motivating influence on her surroundings. Her international experience also helps her feel quite at home in multicultural environments.
