Our take on change management
|
Changes
Changes in technology, business activities and organizations happen - and must happen - continuously in all organizations. Minor changes can often be implemented within the framework of normal business activities, even if the available capacity in today's organizations is often limited. Larger changes are often planned and implemented as projects. Some changes, sparked by rapid transformations in the outside world or forced staffing changes, are unforeseeable, unplanned and unpredictable.

Leadership tailored to the situation and person
Every change requires management during its implementation. But these leadership requirements are unique for each change process. That is why we consider it essential to adapt leadership to each individual situation. Doing so allows us to streamline the change management process and utilize resources in the most effective way possible.
Effective leadership also requires the right combination of situation and person. Xmentor has a number of experienced leaders with varied profiles. We carry out our assignments using individual leaders or management groups.
